Prefer to make your reservation via phone? You can make a reservations by calling (415) 282-2236 during business hours.

LATE & CANCELLATION POLICY

When you make a reservation, we reserve time, space, and a therapist exclusively for you. If you cannot keep your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • Cancellations: A 50% fee applies for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Group Reservations: Credit card information is required to hold reservations for three guests or more.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your treatment will be shortened to fit the remaining time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your appointment, and a cancellation fee could apply.
